My junior year studying at Endicott, I studied abroad in Madrid. Unfortunately this time was cut short due to the virus, but I was able to travel within the city as well as to Valencia, Barcelona, and Toledo. The weather in Madrid was often cloudy and cool, and I spent many days wandering around the park El Retiro. I decided to make a bit of a mini photo series, capturing the empty park, as the Spaniards wouldn't enjoy it until the warm weather arrived. Madrid' was a stark difference from the light in Valencia however, glowing under the setting sun, trees heavy with bright oranges.
